Self care includes saying no.

I know this is a simple reminder but honestly I think for a long time I struggled with the idea of saying “no”. I feel like when you spend so much time trying to make sure others are okay you end up doing things that don’t make you feel okay. 

It stems from wanting to not disappoint others and also people pleasing but it’s okay to say no!! Seriously please say no and still understand that they won’t think less of you for it and IF they do then please know you deserve better than them.🤍
