It is okay to be sad over something you thought you healed from.

I came across something similar to this and really wanted to share it with you because as you know I always love to leave friendly reminders to not be so hard on yourself, especially when you are trying to heal!

Some days WILL be better than others and I don't want you to think that all your time healing went to waste because something reminded you and made you sad all over again. It is a long process and this is also part of the process.
