I wish I was able to eat as much as I want without having to worry about my weight. Or the amount of unhealthy shit I’m putting in my body. I just want to be in a world full of food and eat my way through the day without feeling sick or feeling bloated. I just want to eat. All day long. Hmmmm. 

On another note, got my midsem test result back today... feel so relieved :') #hardworkdoespayoff and thankyou for all the good luck wishes I've received in my emails #blessed :)

Anyways, stuck at home today...... should be doing my assignment... but procrastination was in my way..... and thus led me into a baking mood... I had a major cray cray for anything that's red velvet since last week..... so that was the first thing that popped into my mind for what to bake haha! :P Immediately went to the pantry and ragged out all the ingredients needed... thank goodness.... still have some red colourings left...! or else I won't be able to make a "red" velvet cake hahaha who know what then happens lololol :P

So, red velvet cake it was! :)

When it was done baking, I was so exciting cos my craving for red velvet cake is about to be unleash to me haha! :D

Here's the final product! Sliced some slices off cos mammer n brah were eager to have a taste :P haha....

Ya.... my icing technique is crap.... I know that! More improvements needed! :) I'll get there someday haha XDD The cake's moist.... just what I craved for and overall, tasted fantabulously amazing!

So.... what did I get up to today?

.....

In fact... it's nothing that special..

No outings whatnot :P

But... a baking day it is! :)

Attempted to make pasta-tuna bake and pandan sponge cake!!!! Trying to make at least 2 diys (cooking-related of course haha :P) in these remaining holidays haha :P Plan for tomorrow: making 2 sweets aka desserts hehe ;) I won't spoil the surprise for you guys n gals first... I'll do so promptly tomorrow haha! XDD So make sure y'all come n check out this page tomorrow night!! ;)

Didn't took a photo of the pasta-tuna bake cos..... it was all devoured before I can take a shot of it... but it looked nothing special (in my opinion).. just typical kinds :P

However.........

The pandan sponge cake took a completely different turnover aka unexpected results.... yet pleasing at the same time haha :P

Let me tell y'all what is this exciting news about.....

So I usually make those pandan sponge cake following from a recipe.... but today... my mum was like make moreee! Cos my family LOVES pandan cake! :P like no jokes haha.... So I was like okay... let's double the recipe......

And off I did....

.... then the result came out with: *shown below*

At the start (aka the top two pictures), I was getting excited as it turned out alright.... just a bit tad bigger from the normal size and also more rounder like a mushroom base haha :P...... then the moment of truth came out when I sliced it :P I gawped at start.... I was like oh no, it's not completely cooked yet... but then I saw steam coming out.... that technically meant... it's cooked, done, viola etc etc... I touched it... yes... it's hard..... but why so... did it looked like this? There's really a certain distinct two layers in the cake, the top, yes, really does look like what I wanted to be - a sponge cake! But then, the bottom layer, on the other hand.... totally do not look like a sponge cake. at. all..... my mum said it looked like those typical malaysian kuih/kueh... it sure does.... and taste like it too! Miracle haha! A combination of cake and kuih/kueh! BINGO! XDD Twas a really random discovery from baking today!!!! :)

AWESOMER DAY!

Twas a fun day today! :)

Started the day off with work.... as usual! XD

Afterwards, went to the "Buddha's Birthday Festival 2013" which was held at Fo Guang Shan Temple, it was used to held at erm the citay but now they are moved :) It's on for both today and tomorrow! So if you miss today, you can still go to, tomorrow: 10am - 4pm!

Anyways, after buying food n all (all vegetarians haha XD), went off to shopping.... erm to be more exact... food shopping haha XP then went to the city, chilled for quite a bit there before all the shops closed XD THERE'S SO MANY SALES........ SO TEMPTING TO EMPTY MY WALLET WITH THEM...... but I did successfully hold back my temptations hehe X) *pat on the back*

Dinnerrrr time rawrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr: Went to Utopia with my cousins! :) SO healthy today lol, had vegetarians lunch and now vegetarians dinner.... whaaaaaa? XD hehe totz should try become a vegetarian.... but then I myself doubt myself to even survive one week hehe, love my chicken n pork too much XD maybe one day.... but not now.... :P

After dinner, we chilled at Northbridge for quite a while, all the roads were closed, we thought there must be some events or something, so we walked around and then saw some rappin' performances.... by KiB..... we never heard of them before LOOOOOOOOOL XD they did mostly talkin and some rappin, we kinda got bored of it AND it was so cold! And I forgot to bring my cardi, so I was just wearing a t-shirt :P So ya, we left after this and off we went home! :)

So ya, overall, in conclusion, it's pretty a decent day out and about! :D

Twas great day today! :)

Woke up very early in the morning (well for me, anyway! haha XD used to wake pretty late up in these holidays lol!) and pretty much rushed myself aka get dressed and all cos I had to arrive at Fo Guang Shan Temple to meet everyone at 8:30am. Thank goodness. Arrived just on da dot lol. Typical of me.

Anyways, so why was I early hehe? Had to attend "Clean Up Australia Day"! :) twas fun haha XD only not-a-very-happy-thing is that I got bitten by mozzies.... not just one spot.... but plentay! T.T why am I so immune to them!?

Afterwards, went back to FGS for a vegeo lunch! :D it was yummmmmmay! In love with vegetarian food at the moment haha, must be the cause of going to Utopia too much during these 4 months holidays lol :P

The YAD people were very nice! They are truly awesome people to hang out/chill with, which I'm glad hehe!

Went back home, truly was so tired since woke up so early in the morning! Fell asleep straightaway after I showered, woke up at 7pm for dinner.... ya.... that's how tired I was lol.... must sleep early since have to wake up early for uni aswell :X

Twas a great day today! :D 

Was supposed to have a YOP day today but sadly, on da last minek, Mary couldn’t make it :( so sad T.T so it was just me, Viv and Ken (viv’s highschool pal!) Had a Jap-themed lunch at Northbridge :) I ordered cold noodles since le weather was so ridicously HOT! It was alright. … there’s a quite alot on the plate too and it only costed 13 bucks… not too bad. Since it was cold, the noodles were all clumped so it was a bit tad hard to eat with chopsticks lol :P 

#no effect cos the noodles are already prettily presented that it don't need any fixes and edit haha ;)#

Later, when our tummies were full, we went to Utopia to get bubbleteas then headed to karaoke there! Spent a good deal of 4ish hours there haha XD le FUN! it was my first time going to karaoke at Perth lol like finally haha after being in Perth for so long… well better late than never XD and I’m not a good singer even though I have done public singing performances in the past where one of such example was to sing in front of like 300 people… so intense and scary…. even worse than debating lol :P

After karaoke, bought desserts and bubbleteas at utopia for my family since they were craving for them lol X)

That’s pretty much it! Went home afterwards, so packed in the train and bus cos it’s during peak hours… which I hate the most…. oh and also another thing I hate it is when school students finished eurghhhhhhh (but thank goodness I didn't crashed into them today lol) :P

PS. Didn’t took a selfie today lol….. so unusual haha X)

After all this shopping - of long walks (thank goodness, I wore comfy shoes haha XD makes everything so much better haha!), went to have dinner at utopia :P felt so good cos I resisted my temptations to order a bubbletea this time!

I ordered udon noodles! :D *will post the pic up later, too tired now :P*

Later, went to have dessert at meet fresh - twas yummay and good! Figured out what the hype was all about! LOL! Dayuuuuuuuuuuum that there's no more get one free one offers anymore :P

After this, went home!

Now, I'm here writing this all :) Need to sleep asap cos I'm so tired from working these past few days and I have work tomorrow.... joyyyyy! :/

...... and I'm stuck working... T.T missed the fireworks this year... but I faintly heard it during work! :P

but before work, I had a family buffet lunch at Montereys! :)

I'M TIRED.

As I said yesterday, I had work at 8am this morning and I finished at 5pm this evening :( after work, went to the city to meet my famz to have yumchaa at a restaurant.... at night time... first time yeow haha! X) twas yummmmmay! ;)

Afterwards, walked around the citayy, so many people nowadays..! Maybay it's also because today is Friday, time to get drunk haha LOL :P

Now, finally at home! Gotta sleep early! Planning to go shopping with mummy tomorrow since she needs to get cookwares and stuffs :P then an aussay lunch with le famz before heading to work! (australia day plan lol :P) will miss the fireworks damn... but will probably faintly hear it, I guess haha? XD

Just finished work.... SO GLAD when I'm done.... and thank goodnesss I shall have my rest tomorrow before working... again on Saturday T.T

Ooh... and mummy steamed corns today (just before work!) so I could munched on them before heading to work! :) And they were smeared with butter too..... AMAZING! :D I LOVE CORNS TOO MUCH!

This morning was such a TOTAL JOKE.

Let me tell youse all about it..

I knew that today's the day that I catch up with Viv and some other asian people that I have met twice/quite several times..... and last night before I headed to sleep which was 2am, I did a quick plan-out when to take the bus and the train and such and such so that I arrive on da right time :P soo all was good..... that's what I thought in the middle of the night..... before... realising the biggest mistake I had.....was that...... I totally forgot today's Sunday..... which meant... different bus times.... I WAS LIKE F**K and I had to stand there for like around 15mins-ish... *palm to da face* and I was like so nervous that I was gonna be late and all and everyone have to wait for me and stuff (which is rude) :P thank god, I arrived at the city on da dot..... but..... I realised that they already waiting in front of the restaurant already lol since there were heapza people so I scurried over there...... and indeed, there. were. so. many. people. typical. Sunday. lol. to. have. yumchaaaaaaaaaa.!

To get a table in the restaurant (there were 6 of us - 5 girls and 1 guy lol) and start munching..... guess how long we have to wait? The time to wait is insaneeeeely long! You'll have your jaws drop when you hear this........ it takes 45 mins to reach us.... we were soooo hungry! :X when we heard our numbers, we were like omg thank god! It was literally like, "FOOD...... WE'RE HERE!" LOL :P
We ordered so many haha XD and ended up so fulllllllll! :P

Afterwards, we walked around considering we were so damn full... and thus.. walked to utopia.... and had bubbleteassssss lol XD I ordered rose tea with choc sagos (yummay!) while Viv had passionfruit tea with sagos! I wanted to order passionfruit as well since I hadn't have it in agessssss..... but when I found out it contained seeds...... eeek.... I hate seeds in my drinks.... and I dunno why eventhough people said you can just swallow it and pretend it's not there or anything..... but ain't worked for me :( I feel it :P

Then, we walked to the city (were at northbridge - the asian side of Perth! XD)! Watched a performance! Real damn goooooooooood! Very entertaining, I should say! :D

Walked around Myer and that's pretty much it, then we went home since half of us have work!

Wow haven't had actually wrote a proper-my-day-post for quite a whilee now bleak. Today shall be one! :)

Woke up around 9ish this morning (my typical time to wake up these days if I don't have work.... if I do have work..... then my sleep time of course gradually decreases :'( and hehe obviously I nevaa really kinda sleeeeep early cos I'm too busy-ing catching up with all my...... DRAMAS! My beloved taiwanese dramaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas! XD

Then just had normal brekkies and followed by cleaning my room aka organised my wardrobes - packed away all the winterrr clothes and bring backkk the summmerrrry clothes! :) So glad and happy when I... FINALLY... finished! Twas heck of a workkk! :P

Laterrr, when daddayyy came back from work, he was like let's go out for dinnerr in the city! :) What a grand ideaaaaa! Cos... I needaaa fresh air after cleaning in my rooooom for such loooong time LOL!

And guess where we had our dinnnerrrr?.............................. UTOPIA........ again........ LOL..... my 'rents are totally in love with this restaurant at the moment..... like no jokes LOL! so ya, healthy I guess cos da foooooood were all vegetariansss! :) I didn't order bubbletea this time lol... kinda sick of it since I had way too much these 2 weeks lol :P cos the past times I ordered a bubbletea everytime I went there :P me so fat :'( looove my bubbleteaaas too much! :P but instead of bubbletea this time, I ordered one of the desserts there called BoBo ice thingo dish XD

After dinner as per usual, we walked around the city then instead heading to Kings Park like last time, we went to daaa bridge in Victoria Gardens :) We abruptly left when we realised... that there were 

quite a lot of blood sucking flying shittza around.... I got bitten by one :'( arghhhh.... hate chuuuuu, u 

mosquito. ... why do u exist? 

Finally.....

.... we headed home!

HAPPY DAY!

Why?

Cos I was being healthy today! *YAY* hahaa X)

Went to exercise in Kings Park... so tired at the end and out of breath but totally worth it! Spent ~2.5 hours there until it was time for dinnerrrrrrrrrr! :)

Went to Utopia... again... 2 times in a row now... blekk... that's the kind of unhealthy part about today lol :P BUT.......... all the dishes there were all vegetariaanss! YEOW! :) feel not so much guilty lol....

























Afterwards, just walked around the citayy (getting some calories off first) before heading home! :)

Once we got home, it was still early so we decided to have a movie sesh! :) We chose to watch "We Not Naughty (孩子不坏)"! SOOOO GOOOOOD! Watch it if you haven't! It's a singaporean movie.... and I love sg movies :D some of the casts were from "I Not Stupid (小孩不笨)"! AMAZING FILMS!

So ya, that's pretty much about it today! :)

Sales were on today.... while I was stuck... at work.. LOL. So typical haha X) But I'm sure there will be sales again after the 1st of Jan next year hehe!

Anyway, after work, I had a supaaa dupaaa late lunch with the famz since I didn't have any breaks at all during work since it was just me and the pharmacist and there were odd rushes of people coming in! And guess what? Yesterday was an "eye" day while today is? Can you guess haha? It's "burnt" day LOL. :P

So ya, back to the lunch bit, went to Dome in the Northbridge aka China Town haha X) had calamari and chips :') twas yummay!

Viola! Today..... the Winter Solstice Day aka 冬至节 (in chinese) where we eat TONG (for the canto)/ TANG (for the mando) YUAN yeow!!!!!!! :D
ps. but I didn't eat any today though lol however I did ate some in my cuzzy's wedding a few weeks ago! :D

Anyway, back to the main point.

My family and I planned to have a late dinner (later than we normally have), so we ended up having dinner outside at a chinese restaurant around 8:30pm.... ya.... that's late for us :P We ordered 6 dishes with steamed rice and chinese tea and all.. ya... total cost = $92 .... that's pretty damn goood and the food were fantastic too! They are very typical china-ish flavour which consisted of the Szechuan etc.
For anyone's info, the restaurant is called, "Endless Delight Chinese Cuisine"! If your a spicy-lover, you definitely need to head there! A not-to-be-missed restaurant here in Perth! But if your not, then you can try it as well cos there's also non-spicy dishes that you can go crazy for! hehe ;)

























Definitely going back next time! :)

hehe.... when we finished, it was around 9:25ish so we decided to walk around the South Perth Esplanade... eventhough it was really dark but the view is pretty damn good and the wish wooosh was warm then it turned cold and we were all wearing really summer-ish clothing so we couldn't really stand the breeziness of the wind anymore that we scurried to the car for the final resort LOL.

Then, we decided to go to Leedy to get icecreams at IIGelato and such before heading back to home to watch a late night movie! :D

Ya.... so instead of having tong/tang yuans we would normally have on this festive of winter solstice (冬至节), we had these for this year... haha.... out of ordinaries.... which are good! ;) And instead of winter solstice as we called it today, it's kinda a "summer solstice" for us cos it's bloody summer and hotty.... not wintery cold :P

By the time we went, we ate the icecreams and the cake... didn't finished it cos we were so full haha! Then we settled in for a movie and decided to watch "The Bourne Legacy"! Twas great! :)

Before I end, this is my tonight's look! eek.... I look terribleeeeeee! T.T didn't have time to put on makeup haha X) since tonight's plan was all made last minute... meh..... look naturally is good too! :D





















Today's quite a long post too! :D such a festive day ;)

so.... today.... I had no work... yay! haha X) finally some relaxing time lol... I planned to catch up with my dramas and audi....but... all of a sudden... in the morning, my mum was like let's go out cos she had to do something but after that "something", we can chillax in the city..... so I was kinda dragged out into it and I was like, "Noooooooooo....... I don't want to leave my bed... it's too early.... and it was already 9am :P haha XD but I had an excuse okay... I had a late night shift.... and when you had a late night work shift... mostly in the next morning, you just can't be bother to do anythingg.. except to.... sleeeeeeeeep.... I dunno.... maybe it's just me... meh my opinion la! XD

okay, anyway, back to the main point :P see, I always get out of the track and I nearly always forget what I originally want to say if I run out of the track but it's ok... this time it's written... muahahaha.... oh god.... I sound so evillish then LOL.

so yeah, after that something, we were quite hungry-ish so we decided to have lunch and the weather was VERY HOT, we decided to just go to Zen Saki.... again... take numbaa 2! And there were heapsss of people too... everywhere... eventhough it's a week day... but also it's near Christmas... thus explained the over-crowded-ness of people in the city! This was what I had.... not a good idea to order since it's a supaaa dupaaaa hotttt day! XP mehh.... but it tasted goood.... and I had my bubbleteas! Twas good to have some Perth's bubbleteas again haha :')
