I’ll be 22 soon.

Looking back, 21 was a real big deal. I fought so much. I grew up a lot. It felt like a mid-life crisis. I pushed so much people away.

And what more special this year is that I'm spending it with no mega celebration, currently in Taiwan for a Buddhist camp (for those who don't know - follow me on my snapchat for most current updates)!

Before this day comes to an end, I just wanted to dedicate a lil' somethin to my parents.

Although it is my birthday today, I should not have been the star of the show.

21 years ago on this exact day, my parents joyfully brought me unto this wonderful world. And for the past 21 years they had to endure my stubborn, hard-headed, selfish, ignorant demeanor (sometimes I wonder why you guys never disowned me haha) They guided and stayed with me through all the hardships and low lows that I have faced and celebrated the highs.

Mum, thank you for never giving up on me, 21 years ago when you struggled during labour, on those days where I don't listen and when I argue back stubbornly. Thank you for telling me that I am worth everything in this world, that I should be treated like a queen, and that I should never settle for anything less. Thank you for being you, for being someone I will forever look up to.

Dad, thank you for being my role model, for teaching me what life is worth. Thank you for being my biggest fan, through the wins and the fails. Thank you for putting family first, and sacrificing everything you have so that we are happy. Thank you for always believing in me, in my potential to do whatever I wanted to do in life. Thank you for telling me to fight for what I believe in, and to stand up for myself for nothing but the very best. I will always be my "daddy's girl".

Early birthday gathering

Today I had an early birthday celebration with my pharmily! Eventhough not all could make it due to work and other reasons, but luckily there were some who came♥
We lunched at Brotzeit in the 140 Lane Perth. Since I own another blog that dedicates to food and beauty reviews, I have posted a post there.

Shoutout to my parents for not wearing a condom and creating the most awesome person alive! :D

WOW. Can't believe I am 19 already! :O 19 is really such an awkward age... in the da middle between last of teens n the start of actual adulthood haha! Anyways.... Last of the '10s ;) next year shall be in the '20s haha XD oh my goodness lol :P let's not think too far ahead.... me sounds so old already...

being total badass today and yesterday......... :P

So ya.... the title said it all. Being a rebdawg today and yesterday. Let me tell ya all.....

This coming week's uni task to do:

- STUDY of course as per usual every week
- Complete Monday's lab prelab
- Do crfs for Tuesday's lab
- TEST on Wednesday

Top 4 up there was what I planned to do during this weekend starting from yesterday aka Friday........ BUT..... guess what, went out the whole Friday (not like whole day out of home tho, been in and out aka no study done!) then today, well this morning, I had to go to work as per usual....... then afterwards, went home and found out that my family and I are going out at night to Atrium to celebrate my dad's late bday buffet dinner! So there, off to dinner just then! :P

Was seriously so full after it! Since it was a bday buffet event, they gave us a complimentary cake and champagne! :D BRAVO! lol XD

Then when we finished the buffet, we were like let's go to da casino lol :P cos atrium is in crown's/burswood and inside there has a casino, the main/only one casino I think in perth ay hmmm :P2

Brahh was like WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT! Cos he's underaged LOOOOOOOOOL so he had to wait outside while me n my 'rents went in lol :P and tbh, it was my first time to go inside a casino ever since I turned 18.... which was last year lol...... meh.... at least went there just then.... just before my 19th which is a couple months away :P hehehehehehehe...... except not looking forward to getting older though!

Played a couple of games there, won some lose some.... very typical haha XD and WOAH THERE WERE SO MANY PEOPLE IN THERE AS WELL...... which is kinda usual I guess haha since it's a Saturday night anyway!

So ya, that's prettay much explained my title of this post!

Now, I'm back at home :P and it's STUDY time! :D Finally the start of this study-ing journey this weekend! Hopefully, I will done all the 4 points all in time before Monday! Going hardcore now woohooo! Byebye for now! :)

Had an a-w-e-s-o-m-e day today - celebrated one of my uni's friend who's about to turn 18 by in fact, tomorrow haha!
Started off with lunch/snacks/cake then movies - watched "Looper" (thoughts: wasn't too bad, at the start I was hella confused as but at the end, I was like ohhhhhhhh I get it lol XD)
After this, had bubbleteas at utopiaa :) to be honest, I don't go there often :P so I was like um what should I order LOL.... at the end I asked one of my friend's recommendation since she loves utopia so I ended up ordering a regular rose milk tea with chocolate sagos..... Twas bravo!! :D hehe.
Then we went to bowling haha and it was my first time playing it :P better late than never trololol.
At the start, I got the hang of it until after many turns, I was like mehhh, ceebs lol since I kept on missing the target, the ball just casually slipped to the side :P conclusion, I sucked at it haha! But my friends said its pretty good considering it was my first shot at it haha XD
We finished pretty early for a dinner together but with all the traffics in the road + the time ticked quite fast, arrived in the city just in time for a dinner haha XD
So ya, a pretty great day spent with uni friends :D

I had a great night last night!

Went to Em's to celebrate her turning 18!!!!!!!!!

Took a LOT of pictures before going to dins dins at Steves Fine Wine & Food at Nedlands!

At Steve's, for entree, we had this.

Then for drinks, I had lychee martini while Em being the 18th bday girl had the cosmopolitan (which was veryy dense and bitter - we tried each others' drinks as we had multiple straws bahahahhaaaa) and on the other hand, Pauline had lemon lime and bitters LOL being the non-alcoholic one :P

For the mains, we just had pizzas and chips to share around :D

Then for desserts, we just had trio icecreams - 2 cookies and cream and 1 was blackforrest, didn't took any picture cos we digged in straight away when it arrived LOL.

After dinner, we went back to Em's crib..... where we took moreee pictures....... and ate jelly babies...... and drank moreeee......... XD
